Shipping & Returns
We're eager to get you warm & toasty in our merino as soon as possible, making sure all items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving the cleared funds. To avoid delay please ensure you use your Shopify order number as a reference for bank payments.
All items are shipped using standard NZ Post and lost parcels will be tracked via our customer service representatives.
Any products you purchase from Experience New Zealand are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. This means that if any product you receive is faulty, return it to us with details of the fault and we will happily –
1. in the first instance replace it with a replacement freight free.
2. if this product is no longer available or we are out of stock for any reason, we will give you the option of –
i) waiting for the product to come back into stock after we have advised you of the expected delivery time.
ii) choosing another product of the same value.
iii) receiving a credit to the same value.
iv) receiving a full refund to the same value.

Experience NZ Clothing is an online shop run by Intrinsic Investments trading as Experience NZ Clothing. Cardholder statements and payment records will indicate payment made to EXPERIENCE NZ CLOTHING. This is also indicated on the invoice enclosed with the order.
Transactions are conducted via DPS Secure Payment system.
Prices are in New Zealand dollars and GST inclusive. Local orders include 15% tax (GST), whereas international orders are GST exempt. This is shown on final checkout. All transactions are billed in New Zealand dollars.
The Cardholder Credit Card will be credited for any refunds. No cash refunds are given.
