Shipping policy

All items are shipped using standard NZ Post and lost parcels will be tracked via our customer service representatives. Items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving cleared funds, as long as a clear reference is provided.

Currently, all orders over NZ $50.00 are shipped free and on average allow 6 to 10 days for delivery. If you require a quicker service please note alternatives offered on checking out.
